Little Swagger use Australia Post for all orders.
Little Swagger aim to post orders the day following receipt of order and payment Monday to Friday.
$20 Postage, Anywhere in Australia (Orders over $500 = Free Shipping)
Returns, Refund and Exchanges
To be eligible for a return, refund or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it within 14 days of receipt of the item. If outside of 14 days, it is the sole discretion of Little Swagger whether a return, refund or exchange will be offered.
All items returned must be in the original packaging.
A restocking and handling fee of 20% of the retail value (not including shipping) will apply to all returns, exchanges or refunds (unless the product is faulty)
If an item is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, we may, at our discretion, choose to offer only a partial refund.
Items purchased on sale are Non-returnable.
To complete your return, please email us quoting your order number and email address. Please do not send your purchase back without notifying us first.
If you simply change your mind about your order after ordering and wish to cancel, this can only be done if the item has not shipped yet.
Please note that we do not refund based on incorrect colour selection or variation.
If you have chosen the wrong size you may be eligible for an exchange. All costs associated in making the exchange, including shipping and handling will be paid by the customer.
It is the customer’s sole responsibility to ensure that they have done all the due diligence in selecting the correct item for themselves.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your item is faulty or damaged on arrival we will do our best to make it right, please contact us with your order number and a description of the issue and we will work to resolve it for you.
The finishes of Little Swagger Brass handles are all applied by hand and therefore some variation in colour may exist, adding to each handles unique beauty and patina. Such variations are not considered defective and therefore any colour variations that exist are not deemed a fault.
I don't see my refund yet?
If you've received a notification that we have refunded you, but you don't see the money yet, here's what to do:
• Please allow 3-5 business days for the funds to reach you. Once we've notified you, we will have done what we need to on our side, and the rest is up to the bank or credit card company (in some cases it may take a little longer, depending on your bank / credit card company.
• If this time has passed and you haven't received your refund, first step is to please check your bank account one more time.
• Still no good? Best to contact your credit card company to see where the refund is.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, sale items are non-refundable. Sale items cannot be exchanged.
Return Shipping
To return your product, please email us. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item to us, you must use a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
