Shipping Details

Depending on availability, we ship products from both our Australian and New Zealand warehouses. This means that to complete your order, you may receive more than one package from us. Each package that we dispatch will have its own shipping confirmation, including the tracking number

Delivery of orders from our Australian warehouse can take between 1-3 days, while orders from our NZ warehouse you can expect between 3-6 business days.

All Brolly Sheets products come with a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase.
We’ll replace or refund items that have Manufacturing defects, provided that you have followed the care instructions. If you think your item is faulty, please contact MyDeal with; Your order number, A description of the issue and A photo of the problem.

Changed your mind? No problem. You can return unused items within 30 days of receiving them, as long as, the product is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging Once we receive the item back in saleable condition, we’ll process your refund.
