Shipping Details

• Please allow 7-18 business days for delivery

• NOTE: This is a direct import product. The product will be shipped from overseas

• We ship across Australia, including major cities like: Sydney, Melbourne, Perth, Brisbane, Adelaide, Canberra, Newcastle and the Gold Coast

• If there is any problem with your order, please contact us with a detailed description.
• RETURN: All returns must be authorised or approved by our team before any package is shipped back to us. We only accept returns via courier to our return address. 
• CHANGE OF MIND: If you are unhappy with your purchase and would like to return it, the item must be in its original packaging and condition, otherwise a 20% restocking fee may apply. We do not cover return shipping for change of mind purchases. A shipping fee will be deducted depending on the weight of the item for all change of mind purchases, to cover our original shipping costs. 
• FAULTY ITEMS: Please provide proof of purchase if you want to make a claim on faulty items and we're happy to solve the issue for you. 
• ADDRESS CHANGES: If you enter the incorrect name or shipping details and the item is returned to us via Australia Post, you will be subject to a Return To Sender (RTS) fee, as well as a re-shipping fee (dependent on the item's weight).
