Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be dispatched and receiving tracking details.

All Products come with a 1 Year Guarantee or Warranty.

Products that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear, misuse, failure to take reasonable care or failure to use in accordance with manufacturer’s instructions are not considered to be faulty and are excluded from guarantee or warranty.

Returns

Products must be returned whenever we agree to provide you with a refund or replacement or ask you to return the Product. 

Please do not attempt to return an item due to change of mind and before speaking to one of our Team Member as you may be responsible for associated expenses.

For returns you may also be required to send us images of the damage to help us with our assessment.

Change of Mind Returns:

Most products come with a 2 day change of mind policy.

Please Note:

• Postage is paid by the customer

• The product must be returned unused in the original packaging, accessories included

• We do not accept responsibility for return items until they reach our warehouse, so we strongly recommend using tracking and/or insurance for the delivery

• Restocking Fees may apply
