The X-BULL 5000lbs is one of our new X-BULL high-efficiency winches for all offroad and life-loving customers in 2021. Over the past few years, we docu ment the product issues, needs and recommendations that our customers focus on, and have overcome and implemented it one by one. Notably, the X-BULL 5000lbs uses the stronger 500A relays on the market. We consolidate gearboxes, update ergonomic clutches, and upgrade remote controls, which make our customers more comfortable with their use. What do you need to focus on most?

MOTOR:

Pure copper motors have the characteristics of high magnetic inductive melting point, high temperature resistance, strong power, safe work and high efficiency.

Winch Solenoid Relay:

Small or mismatched relays can cause a burning phenomenon. So we need to use a suitable relay for different winches,not necessarily an overload protector if your winch has a perfect relay. The X-BULL 500A relay is truly insulable, durable and stable, avoiding winch damage due to insufficient relay power.

3-Stage Planetary:

The real 3-Stage Planetary enables differential, deceleration (growth), reversal, and more. The combined use of multiple groups of planetary wheel systems can achieve a very large speed ratio, which can achieve coaxial deceleration (growth).

12 month National wide warranty:

1.Unless otherwise stated, products listed and sold by X-BULL come with 12 month warranty.The use of products for commercial purposes qualifies the purchaser to a 3 month warranty period.

2.As a consumer,you are entitled to a full refund or replacement or repair for a major failure and compensation for any reasonably loss or damage within ordinary cause of business. Partial refund agreed by consumer may be less than the purchase price is deemed to have completed the claim.

Make the claim:

1.Preferably, you can contact us via your account. Photos or videos of proof may be requested by us to complete the claim. Once the fault/issue is clarified, X-BULL may fit replacement parts or offer replacement parts to the customer.

2.Should you wish to claim a warranty on your item, please follow the process outlined in the Return section.

Not provide refund, replacement,exchange or resend if you have fell below conditions:

Product was damaged by using it in a way it was not meant to be used.

Product was stolen or damaged due to wear and tear.

You have had a defect drawn to your attention before you purchased the product.

You changed your mind and wish to return used,unsalable products which is free from manufacturing defects or faults.

Products are not purchased from our store.

Claimed Products are found to be in good working order.

Faulty products returned in exchange for a higher value of products

All the engine,motor and tube are not guaranteed.

Splash-proof items (remarks on the selling page) are not warranted due to short circuit in water.

Warranty cover does not include damage caused by normal wear and tear, accidents, misuse, lack of maintenance, neglect, natural disaster, or other external causes; to damage caused by operating the equipment in a manner outside that described in the instructions. The warranty is considered void if the item has been modified, altered or tampered with by a person (or persons) not authorised by X-BULL to provide service (not including standard periodic maintenance).

Consumable components (and accessories) such as chains, carry bags, batteries, hoses, grinding discs, belts, cables, wheels, blades, tubs, pads, nets etc. are not covered once used or for damage caused by general wear and tear.

All the engine, motor and tube are not guaranteed.

Until the nature of any fault is determined, the resolution X-BULL can offer may vary. To assist with a quick resolution, photos will generally be required to be emailed. Once the fault/issue is clarified, we may offer replacement parts to the customer. Other alternatives may be offered to the satisfaction of both parties. The replacement will be subject to the remainder of the original Warranty Period.

The buyer will be liable for all shipping costs associated with any warranty claim.

If any returned goods are found to be in good working order, we reserve the right to seek reimbursement for any costs incurred by us in relation to such goods. In such event, we may hold your goods until payment is received.
