Oh, and a set of stickers. X-BULL power recovery rope is made of double-woven high-quality nylon. The wire rope is coated with high wear-resistant polymer to prevent ultraviolet rays, water and abrasion, and the eye ring connecting the fixing point is immersed in a thick protective rubber coating to ensure that the service life is extended at the most important place.

Warranty cover does not include damage caused by normal wear and tear, accidents, misuse, lack of maintenance, neglect, natural disaster, or other external causes; to damage caused by operating the equipment in a manner outside that described in the instructions. The warranty is considered void if the item has been modified, altered or tampered with by a person (or persons) not authorised by X-BULL to provide service (not including standard periodic maintenance).

Consumable components (and accessories) such as chains, carry bags, batteries, hoses, grinding discs, belts, cables, wheels, blades, tubs, pads, nets etc. are not covered once used or for damage caused by general wear and tear.

All the engine, motor and tube are not guaranteed.

Until the nature of any fault is determined, the resolution X-BULL can offer may vary. To assist with a quick resolution, photos will generally be required to be emailed. Once the fault/issue is clarified, we may offer replacement parts to the customer. Other alternatives may be offered to the satisfaction of both parties. The replacement will be subject to the remainder of the original Warranty Period.

The buyer will be liable for all shipping costs associated with any warranty claim.

If any returned goods are found to be in good working order, we reserve the right to seek reimbursement for any costs incurred by us in relation to such goods. In such event, we may hold your goods until payment is received.
