Introducing the new and improved Xlite Pro 12K Octa Softbox 105cm + Grid & S-Type Mount. These softboxes are superior over generic soft boxes as these do not take the same amount of time setting up and are definitely a lot easier to set up. Working in the same respects as an umbrella, the softbox simply expands open by pulling onto the lever and collapse in reverse. This will save you precious time while shooting and as it's design doesn't use the centred umbrella system you will not loose any light output making it a very efficent light modifier.
The Xlite Pro 12K Octa Softbox combines the strength of a key light while acting as an excellent reflector, blending perfectly with daylight or additional fill soft lights and is best for the full length figure, fashion, large group shots, celebrity, lifestyle, and commercial assignments. This one modifier can serve as the main light, as an excellent reflector, imitate a large beauty dish, or by adding the outer diffuser shield, you can change the overall wash of sharper light to a less harsh attitude. Independently, the inner diffuser avoids hotspots while maintaining the 'pop' of the silvered rim of material extending beyond its position. The use of both outer and inner double diffusion material combines to go even farther to produce very soft light, thereby creating three levels of contrast, sharpness, and dimension.
All orders are delivered using Australia Post (or their sub-contracted courier services).

If you do not receive your package within this time frame, please notify us as soon as possible so we can help follow it up with AusPost.
All digiDirect parcels require a signature upon delivery. An "Authority to Leave" will not be accepted under any circumstances. However, If you are not in attendance at the time of delivery, the driver will leave an "Attempted Delivery" card and your parcel will be returned to your local post office for collection. Government recognised photo I.D. displaying your address must be presented along with your "Attempted Delivery" card upon pick up.

- We do not deliver to PO Box addresses or Parcel Lockers.
According to the Australian Consumer Law, we are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind. Please keep this is mind and purchase with care, as we can not guarantee to accept your change of mind return request.
However, you may still be entitled to a refund or exchange if an item has a major problem.
This is when the item:
- has a problem that would have stopped someone from buying the item if they had known it was unsafe.
- is significantly different from the sample or description.
- doesn't do what we said it would, or what you asked for and can't be easily fixed.

When submitting a return after speaking to one of our customer support team members, please make sure to include ALL original packaging, contents etc.
Depending on the situation and if the problem is not major, we will repair the item within a reasonable time. If it is not repaired in a reasonable time you can choose a refund or replacement. Please keep your proof of purchase - e.g. your receipt or email order confirmation.
