Enhance your food presentation at the restaurant or enjoy some light grilling at home with this tabletop grill (or mizu konro).

Small portions of meat, fish and/or vegetables can be cooked with small pieces of binchotan placed underneath.

This "mizu konro" comes with a grill but you can remove it to cook yakitori by resting the skewers over the main ceramic body (black).

HOW TO USE

Please pour water into the main ceramic body (less than 1/2" high so the water does not reach the charcoal) before use. This will contain the heat.

You can either use the net to grill single items or grill skewers without the net.
