Basic Yama Cold Drip Brewing Instructions:

• Grind coffee beans at a medium setting.
• Pour into the middle beaker over the ceramic filter - then top with a paper filter.
• Add water and ice to upper beaker.
• Set drip rate to 1 drop per 1.5 seconds and watch the magic happen for 8-12 hours.

The cold brew can be stored in the fridge for up to two weeks. Make a glass of iced coffee or use the concentrate to craft other creative cold brew drinks.

The glass parts are made with Yama’s borosilicate glass, the frame is crafted from rubber tree wood, and the dripper is a durable brass.
