Our quality control teams do inspect all deliveries to ensure the products you receive meet our exact quality standards. However, if you do receive a faulty, damaged or incorrect product, please contact us via message to arrange a return delivery and a refund or exchange. The return must be received by Dom Ventas Pty Ltd as soon as possible.

If the customer wants a replacement or returns the item so we will arrange a courier from our end and they will pick up the good.

After we received the replacement and return the item, we will initiate the refund amount.
