Change of Mind Returns
We want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, please let us know.
Most products are covered by a 30-day change of mind policy. If, for any reason, you decide to return your order within 30 days of the purchase date, please contact us to request return approval. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will work with you to arrange a suitable resolution.

Return postage is the responsibility of the customer.
Products must be returned in their original packaging, with all accessories and inserts included.
We do not accept liability for returned items until they arrive at our warehouse. We strongly recommend using a tracked and/or insured delivery method.
A restocking or handling fee may apply, depending on the condition of the returned item.
Warranty Claims
We comply fully with the Australian Consumer Law, which guarantees your rights in relation to the goods you purchase. If a product is found to be faulty, not as described, or otherwise fails to meet consumer guarantees, you may be entitled to a replacement, refund, or repair depending on the circumstances.
In the case of health products, claims for damaged or faulty items (such as broken seals, damaged packaging, visible contamination, or cracked capsules) will be accepted, even if the item has been opened. Please retain photographic evidence and contact our customer support team within a reasonable timeframe to initiate your claim.
