• The product must be returned within 5 working days of initiating the return request. If you are unable to meet this deadline due to exceptional circumstances, please contact us.

• Once received, Froothie will process your refund within 5-10 business days for the full purchase amount.

• The 30-day money-back guarantee does not cover parts, FlexAbs, FlexBody, and the CircuPlus EMS Massager.

Warranty Policy

Froothie stands by the quality of its appliances. Our products come with a warranty that ensures coverage for defects and faults under normal use. If your appliance experiences an issue, please contact us for assistance and a resolution under warranty coverage.

The 30-day money-back guarantee applies to change-of-mind returns only. Faulty, damaged, or defective products are covered under our warranty, with no set time frame for reporting issues.

Key Warranty Points:

• Product issues, including faults, damage on arrival (DOA), and defects, are covered under warranty. Froothie will arrange a suitable remedy, including repair, replacement, or refund, in accordance with Australian Consumer Law (ACL) guidelines.

• Customers are NOT responsible for return postage for faulty or damaged items. Froothie will cover these costs.

• There is no set time frame for reporting faulty or damaged items. Customers are entitled to a reasonable remedy under ACCC regulations.

• Refunds for faulty goods will not be issued as store credit or a gift card—eligible refunds will be processed back to the original payment method.

• Warranty terms do not transfer to product upgrades or post-sale changes.

Terms & Conditions for 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

• This offer applies only to new customers on their first purchase of an eligible appliance.

• The original packaging, including the brown shipping carton, must be retained to qualify for a full refund. If the original packaging is lost or discarded, customers must supply adequate packaging to ensure the safe return of the appliance.

• Products returned without original packaging will still be accepted, but the refund will exclude original postage costs and the return shipping fee.

• The appliance must be reasonably clean and free of significant scuffs, marks, or damage. Cosmetic changes from use (such as discoloration from grinding herbs/spices) may result in deductions from the refund.

• The machine must not be damaged, internally or externally, modified, or tampered with.

• Appliances must be returned with all parts and accessories (e.g., blenders must include tampers and lids). Missing parts will be replaced at full retail value, which will be deducted from the refund amount.

• If a product is returned in an unsuitable condition, it will not be refunded. Customers must pay a $19 freight fee to have the item sent back.

• Collection by courier from the customer’s location is not included—customers must arrange return shipping at their own cost.

This guarantee does not override or replace any consumer rights under Australian Consumer Law (ACL). Any clause found in breach of consumer law will be considered void, with all other conditions remaining valid.
