Returns Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We accept returns for Change of Mind (COM) on our products, provided the below conditions are followed:
1. COM is applicable for products shipped with Australia Post only
2. We must be informed about COM within 14 days of receiving the goods
3. The product must be sealed, unused and in its original packaging
4. For COM, a 15% re-stocking and applicable freight fees will be charged
5. Please contact our customer service team if you wish to return the goods

I purchased a similar chair some months ago ,but it didn't do the job. The zero gravity chair is much better in every way .It was cheaper but much better quality and the wife loves it.I'll probably get another one for myself.Great service and delivery as well

The most comfortable practicable outdoor chair I have purchased. Truely amazed by how comfortable you feel on them. So glad I found them to replace my old outdoor furniture. And they can be stored in winter.....easy to fold up!
