With the SMOOTH 5S, mobile filmmakers can reach their creative peak with some cool new features including an in-built 600 lumin light, Magical Pano, allowing for a magnificent view in your smartphone with 180° panorama, Timelapse, where you can watch the time go by at a quicker pace to experience scenes that are used to take a longer time., and Live Stream Master, which allows for face tracking for the perfect live stream experience. The Smooth 5S Combo pack also comes with an additional magnetic fill light that shines at 580 lumens for additional lighting during shoots, allowing for any scene to be perfectly lit thanks to the stepless dimming control. The combo pack also comes with color filters and can be attached to either side of the smartphone.

Shipping Details

All items are shipped from our a local warehouse out of Australia and can take from 1-7 to deliver depending on location.

Returns
 We accept returns of products within 30 days of the sale date for change of mind. Items returned after 30 days due to change of mind may not qualify for a refund or may incur an extra 25% restocking fee.
 If your product is damaged or not as described on our website, we will gladly exchange it for an alternative. In these cases, return shipping will be arranged at our expense.
 In cases of change of mind, we will accept returns within 30 days as long as the item purchased is in its original packaging and condition. The return postage will need to be paid by the buyer and the original delivery charge will be deducted from the refund amount.

Warranties
All Zhiyun products come with a 12 months Warranty.
Online Digital Shop will at our discretion repair or replace any product with a manufacturing or materials fault for the duration of 12 month from the date of purchase.
Warranty does not apply if:
 Damage caused by incorrect assembly, inappropriate cleaning products used, misuse, abuse or neglect and failure to follow recommended maintenance guidelines
 Normal wear and tear
 Products not used for intended purposes.

 Force Majeure, Damaged or Faulty Items
 If you received a damaged shipment or product, please send photos of the damaged item to our customer Care team vis market place Help Centre, include your order number and name, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
 Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
