Shipping Details

All orders are processed within 0–1 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) and dispatched directly from our Melbourne warehouse.

Delivery times vary by location. Please refer to the estimated timeframes below:

• Sydney & Melbourne Metro Areas: 1-3 business days

• Other Metro areas: 1–4 business days

• Regional areas: 1–6 business days

If you're not available at the time of delivery and no authority to leave is given, the first re-delivery is free. Further attempts may incur a fee.

At Zmart Australia, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Our Returns Policy is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law and is designed to provide you with a seamless shopping experience.

Change of Mind Returns:

We want you to love your product so if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase let us know.

Most products come with a 30 day change of mind policy. If at any time within the first 30 days from purchase date you are not completely satisfied with your order, please contact us via your MyDeal Account for return approval, and return the item within 10 business days after receiving an approval. Once returns received and inspected, we will facilitate an agreed resolution.

Please Note:

• We do not refund delivery costs.

• Return Postage is paid by the customer.

• The product must be returned in the original packaging, tags and accessories included.

• We do not accept responsibility for return items until they reach our warehouse, so we strongly recommend using tracking and/or insurance for the delivery.

• Fees may apply.
