If you contacted us after this period, we are sorry to inform you that we may not be able to offer warranty service for the damaged item as we have limited window to report damage to our package carriers.
What is NOT covered by warranty:
In the rare case that a product becomes faulty or a buyer receives a product with defects, buyers are entitled to request for a product replacement within 60 days of purchase.
To request a replacement, buyers are required to provide photo/video evidence of the product's manufacturing defects via your MyDeal account

If the case is deemed valid, we will cover the related cost to deliver a replacement!
Upon purchase of applicable physical goods, customers may purchase our Extended Protection Plans (“Plans”) that ranges from 1 to 4 years.
Our Plans are offered as an optional addition to customers upon their purchase of applicable physical goods from Smart Living Box official sites.
Under these plans, we cover any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the protection period. The protection period commences from the date of purchase. The protection period varies depending on the period selected and purchased by the customer.
We will replace, at no charge, the product or part of the product that proves defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance, during the protection period. Should replacement of products or parts of a product become unavailable, we may refund the customer an amount not exceeding the amount paid by the customer for the Plan. We reserve the right to final decision upon dispute.

Arrived quickly and works well. I kept pulling it out of the pot to see the moisture reading but discovered it needed to be read while still in the soil. The light metre works well also. I haven't used the PH. This is a great little gadget

I thought the meter was not working the bar never moved. I watched a few videos and one said to test if the meter was working by putting it in sunlight. It worked well in sunlight. What no one said is the moisture meter must be read while still in the pot and that the meter will give a reading instantly. This is a great little gadget. Needs clearer instructions.
