Returns Policy
For change of mind returns, please contact our customer service for instructions. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your item, we will exchange your product or refund the purchase price less any shipping fees. (Cancelling your order when it is in transit counts as a return.)
You may return your purchase within 30 days of the ship date. All items must be returned in exact condition including in the original packaging. You are responsible for return shipping costs.

Value for money it's pretty good, when you consider there's umbrella's that are 5x the price of this one in this category. If i had to be really picky, the base could have been better designed - i think its a touch narrow in diameter, but I'm not complaining. I think it's great for the price, it works well, provides plenty of shade over our spa for us. Just be prepared to put some extra weight on the base to stabilize it, especially if there's a little breeze blowing. I'm not talking wind gusts, just 10 knots, but I think you'll have the same lift issue with any umbrella anyway??? All that aside, I'm happy with it.
