Returns / Change of Mind Policy:
We will accept returns for change of mind provided the return is from an Australian address, is submitted within 10 days from the date of purchase, the products have not been used and in original packaging. For health reasons pillows, quilts, underlays, bed toppers, mattress and pillowcases are non-returnable unless faulty. As such, you cannot return these even if they are unused under our change of mind policy. Please contact us to apply for change of mind return.
We will accept returns for faulty products. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Novobay products come with a guarantee that can’t be excluded under the Australia Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitle to have the goods repaired or replaced if the products fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Novobay warrants that all the products will be free from manufacturing defects for a period of 1 year, commencing on the day of purchase.
If you wish to make a claim under the warranty, please contact us and we will help you to determine whether the product needs to be assessed and either arrange with you to have the product returned for assessment or make time to attend assess the product.
