Change of Mind Returns
If you’ve changed your mind about your purchase (e.g., ordered the wrong size or colour), you can return it within 60 days of receipt.
Please note:
Colours may appear slightly different in person due to lighting or screen variations.
All returns must be approved before being sent back, and you’ll receive detailed return instructions.
Customers are responsible for return postage costs.
Returns must be sent by post; we do not accept in-person drop-offs at our warehouse.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and work to make it right.
Order Changes
Once an order is placed, we cannot accommodate changes such as cancellations, address updates, or size changes due to fast processing times. Please ensure all details are correct before completing your purchase.
Store Credits and Promotions
Store credits cannot be combined with coupon codes or promotional discounts.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
