If the product is damaged or cannot be returned to the inventory, we will process a partial refund and notify you

Damage during transportation

Great swap out for my overlarge and overstuffed 17 yo lounge suite. Appropriately sized for medium lounge rooms as I needed to downsize. Fairly comfortable. Love the soothing rocking function and 360 swivel. Haven’t used the other heat/massage yet. Not too difficult for a diy woman with reasonable strength to put together. Beware that the 2 boxes are heavy - especially the base, so a truck/trolley or extra set of hands is useful to get the parts to where you’re doing the assembly. I did the last chair without help so it is doable, but a little challenging to line up the parts, which slot together. Have restyled my lounge to have 4 of these in place of my old lounge suite. I prefer a traditional matched furniture lounge. Very happy with how they look with my other wood furniture. Good value for money. Longevity will only become apparent with time. Very well packed for travel, lots of bubble wrap and cable ties to prevent damage in transit. Of the 4 chairs over 2 separate purchases only one metal arm slot on one chair seemed a bit warped/bent on receipt. A hammer sorted that pretty well if not perfectly. Would certainly buy again.
