Returns & Exchanges Policy

We accept returns on new and unused items for a refund or exchange within 30 days from the date of purchase. Once your return is received at our warehouse, it will be processed within 2-3 business days. Please note, buyers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

To be eligible for a return, all products must be in brand new condition, with no damage to the packaging, and include all original packaging, manuals, accessories, and documentation as supplied by the manufacturer.
If a product is returned in any condition other than new, a restocking fee may apply — see details below.

Opened or used items will be considered for return on a case-by-case basis, depending on the condition of the item and its packaging. Products that have been trialled, installed, used, or demonstrated may be declined for return. A minimum 20% restocking fee applies to any approved refund or exchange for these items.

Items returned with damage to the product, packaging, or missing manufacturer labels/barcodes will be rejected and sent back to the customer at their expense.

If any parts, accessories, or components are missing from the returned product, the cost of replacements will be deducted from the refund, along with any applicable restocking fees.

Returns for commercial quantities require approval and may be subject to additional conditions.

All authorised returns must be received at our warehouse within 14 days of return approval, unless otherwise arranged.
