Return Policy

To qualify for a return under this Policy, Products must be in their original packaging along with all included accessories and must not be damaged in any way both whilst in the customer’s possession or during transportation back to our location. To ensure that the product is properly protected during transit, we strongly recommend that:

The product be placed in its original foam pouch or similar soft wrapping material; and
The product then be placed inside its original cardboard box; and
Use extra bubble wrap or similar void filler to ensure product is not rattling inside the cardboard box; and
Any loose accessories must be placed inside its original pocket and not in direct contact with the product to avoid dent and scratches to the product; and
The cardboard box then be wrapped in a minimum 3 layers of bubble wrap before it is put inside a courier satchel; and
In cases where an outer carton is used, enough void filler should be used to minimise (preferably completely eliminate) rattling inside the outer box.

Unless otherwise stated in a product listing, all products sold at Forge Electrical are able to be returned for change of mind purposes under this policy. Where a product specifically being stated is not able to be returned under this policy (usually due to special order and/or orders with special discount), then no returns for change of mind will be permitted. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you can contact us within 30 days of taking delivery, and organise to return the product in its original packaging and condition, and receive either a store credit or refund of the purchase price of your product (excluding initial delivery charges and a restocking fee).
