Returns Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We accept returns for Change of Mind (COM) on our products, provided the below conditions are followed:
1. COM is applicable for products shipped with Australia Post only
2. We must be informed about COM within 14 days of receiving the goods
3. The product must be sealed, unused and in its original packaging
4. For COM, a 15% re-stocking and applicable freight fees will be charged
5. Please contact our customer service team if you wish to return the goods

Fantastic, easily to inflate and deflate, stays inflated for a long time, is now a permanent fixture in our spare room, would recommend. Is comfortable, if a bit firm, but does not deflate during the night like cheaper models.

Very happy with this item. It is lightweight but firm to sleep on. It maintains the air without deflating and is quick and easy to inflate and deflate. Adding a mattress topper does make it way more comfortable to sleep on.
