We want you to love your Beach Soul gear just as much as we do — but if it’s not quite right, you can return it for a refund within 30 days of purchase, as long as it’s unused, in its original packaging, in re-sellable condition, and meets the eligibility criteria outlined below.
Change of Mind Returns
You can return your item(s) within 30 days of purchase for a refund — as long as it meets the conditions below.
To get a refund, your item must meet all these conditions:
It must be brand new, unused, and in re-sellable condition — exactly how you received it, with the original packaging unopened
Any initial shipping charges, duties, or taxes you paid won't be refunded
Return postage to our Australian HQ is at your expense
You're responsible for getting the item back to us (we’ll provide the return address once your return is approved)
For health, hygiene and safety reasons, we can’t accept returns on used portable showers, and any product that doesn’t meet the return conditions above — no refund will be issued.
How to Submit a Change of Mind Return
Start your return using our Returns Portal found on our website — just follow the steps
Pack it up in the original shipping box (not just the gift box) to keep it safe on the way back
Send it back using your preferred shipping method — return postage is at your cost
Once it arrives at our HQ, we’ll process your refund within 10 days

Oops! If we sent you the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Once confirmed, we’ll cover the return shipping and send out the correct item ASAP.
Damaged on Arrival?

Beach Soul Warranty
Every Beach Soul Shower is backed by a 2-year warranty from the date of purchase. It covers any manufacturing faults or performance issues under normal use.
