General Shipping Info

  • We process orders Monday-Friday (excluding holidays)

  • We ship from our warehouse in Melbourne

  • Typical delivery times include 2-6 business days for the East coast

  • Typical delivery times include 5-12 business days for the West Coast and remote areas

  • In stock items typically ship the next business day - delays may occur during peak times due to a high volume of orders

  • We don’t deliver orders on Sundays or holidays

  • You will receive an email with the tracking number once the label has been created for your order

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct as we are unable to redirect orders once they are on their way to you

 

Delays & RTS

  • We have no control over delays once an order has been processed by the shipping carrier

  • If your order was returned to us because of a wrong address entered by you or it was not collected, you will be liable for the cost of the re-delivery fees

  • We do not issue refunds if an order is delivered late / is sent back because it was incorrectly addressed by you / was not collected after an attempted delivery / the order was refused

We want you to love your Beach Soul gear just as much as we do — but if it’s not quite right, you can return it for a refund within 30 days of purchase, as long as it’s unused, in its original packaging, in re-sellable condition, and meets the eligibility criteria outlined below.

Change of Mind Returns

You can return your item(s) within 30 days of purchase for a refund — as long as it meets the conditions below.

To get a refund, your item must meet all these conditions:

  • It must be brand new, unused, and in re-sellable condition — exactly how you received it, with the original packaging unopened

  • Any initial shipping charges, duties, or taxes you paid won't be refunded

  • Return postage to our Australian HQ is at your expense

  • You're responsible for getting the item back to us (we’ll provide the return address once your return is approved)

For health, hygiene and safety reasons, we can’t accept returns on used portable showers, and any product that doesn’t meet the return conditions above — no refund will be issued.

How to Submit a Change of Mind Return

  1. Start your return using our Returns Portal found on our website — just follow the steps

  2. Pack it up in the original shipping box (not just the gift box) to keep it safe on the way back

  3. Send it back using your preferred shipping method — return postage is at your cost

  4. Once it arrives at our HQ, we’ll process your refund within 10 days

Beach Soul Warranty

Every Beach Soul Shower is backed by a 2-year warranty from the date of purchase. It covers any manufacturing faults or performance issues under normal use.

Make sure you have your proof of purchase handy — like a receipt or order confirmation.
