Is installation required?
Yes, BlueSpring needs a separate tap installed with a small hole in your countertop. You can choose to organise your own installation, or for a small fee, we'll help you.
We ship Australia-wide. International shipping may be arranged upon request and may incur additional charges.

You may return a product within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided it is unused, unopened, in original packaging, and in resalable condition. Please contact our support team before returning any product.
This returns policy applies to change-of-mind returns only. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law remain unaffected, including your entitlement to a refund, repair or replacement for faulty, defective or misrepresented goods.
For change-of-mind returns, a 15% restocking fee (based on the amount you paid) will apply to cover shipping, warehouse handling, and labour costs. Return shipping costs are also the customer’s responsibility, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
