Change of Mind Returns and Refunds

You may return a product within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided it is unused, unopened, in original packaging, and in resalable condition. Please contact our support team before returning any product.

This returns policy applies to change-of-mind returns only. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law remain unaffected, including your entitlement to a refund, repair or replacement for faulty, defective or misrepresented goods.

For change-of-mind returns, a 15% restocking fee (based on the amount you paid) will apply to cover shipping, warehouse handling, and labour costs. Return shipping costs are also the customer’s responsibility, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Refunds will be processed using the original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or faulty item).

Refunds will be processed within 14 business days after inspection. Please allow an additional 4–7 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Product Information and Warranty

We strive to ensure product descriptions and images are accurate. However, we cannot guarantee that all details are completely error-free.
Warranty terms vary by product and are provided by the manufacturer or H2OAU. We recommend reviewing the warranty information supplied with your product.
Products purchased outright are covered by a 2-year warranty from the date of delivery. For subscription-based products, warranty coverage continues for the duration of the active subscription term.
