Returns Policy
For change of mind returns, please contact our customer service for instructions. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your item, we will exchange your product or refund the purchase price less any shipping fees. (Cancelling your order when it is in transit counts as a return.)
You may return your purchase within 30 days of the ship date. All items must be returned in exact condition including in the original packaging. You are responsible for return shipping costs.

Looks cute on the bed, will be great for my grandson. Like the idea that the side rolls down, so that Nannys can get out of the bed if necessary.... much easier than trying to climb up and over the rail. Would recommend this product.

The product it’s self is good however , when I requested a cancellation of my order due to being gifted one the seller was quite rude and dismissive. My request was ignored for a day before the package was mysteriously packed and sent minutes before I received a response saying that the order had already been dispatched. I would just be 100% certain you want the product otherwise getting a refund or cancellation would probably be some trouble.
