For larger appliances such as ovens: delivery to PO Box addresses or Parcel Lockers are not permitted, due to the large size of the appliance. The address must be your residential or workplace address.
For smaller appliances & electronics such as cooktops, rangehoods & electronics: PO Box is permitted as they are shipped with AusPost.

You must contact us regarding your change of mind return, within the 14-day period of receiving the item.
Postage cost for change of mind returns is paid by the buyer.
The returned item must be in its original brand new, unopened & unused condition.
For change of mind returns, a 15% restock fee will be charged.
