For larger appliances such as ovens: delivery to PO Box addresses or Parcel Lockers are not permitted, due to the large size of the appliance. The address must be your residential or workplace address.

For smaller appliances & electronics such as cooktops, rangehoods & electronics: PO Box is permitted as they are shipped with AusPost.

We want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. Our products come with Change of Mind returns policy to keep you at ease. Please note the following details on this returns policy:

• You must contact us regarding your change of mind return, within the 14-day period of receiving the item.

• Postage cost for change of mind returns is paid by the buyer.

• The returned item must be in its original brand new, unopened & unused condition.

• For change of mind returns, a 15% restock fee will be charged.

• You must contact our customer service team, for us to confirm the return & give you further instruction.
