You will receive a tracking number via email or SMS once your order is shipped.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

If authority to leave (ATL) is provided, BTC SPORT is not responsible for lost or stolen items after delivery.
Warranty Policy
At BTC SPORT, we stand by the quality of our products. All our gym and fitness equipment come with a standard 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of purchase.

If you believe your product is faulty, please contact us with your order number, photos of the issue, and a brief description. We’ll assess your claim promptly and, if approved, offer a replacement part, full replacement, or refund.
Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you're not satisfied, we offer returns or exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order, subject to the conditions below.

Once received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund (minus shipping) or exchange.
Return Shipping:

Refunds
