At BTC SPORT, we understand the importance of fast and reliable delivery. That’s why we prioritize dispatch speed and work with trusted couriers to get your fitness equipment to you as quickly and safely as possible.

Delivery Areas

We deliver Australia-wide, including:

• Metro and regional areas

• Residential and business addresses

• Some remote areas (contact us to confirm service availability)

Local pickup is also available from our Melbourne warehouse by appointment.

Processing & Dispatch Times

• Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days after payment is received.

• You will receive a tracking number via email or SMS once your order is shipped.

• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

Receiving Your Delivery

• Please ensure someone is available to receive and sign for the delivery.

• For bulky or heavy items, assistance may be needed to unload.

• If authority to leave (ATL) is provided, BTC SPORT is not responsible for lost or stolen items after delivery.

Warranty Policy

At BTC SPORT, we stand by the quality of our products. All our gym and fitness equipment come with a standard 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of purchase.

What’s Covered:

• Manufacturing faults

• Structural defects

• Faulty welds, frames, or mechanical components

What’s Not Covered:

• Normal wear and tear

• Misuse, neglect, or abuse

• Accidental damage

• Rust, corrosion, or damage caused by exposure to the elements

• Modifications or repairs done by unauthorised personnel

If you believe your product is faulty, please contact us with your order number, photos of the issue, and a brief description. We’ll assess your claim promptly and, if approved, offer a replacement part, full replacement, or refund.

Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you're not satisfied, we offer returns or exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order, subject to the conditions below.

Eligibility for Return:

• Item must be unused and in original condition

• Returned in original packaging

• Proof of purchase must be provided (invoice or receipt)

Non-Returnable Items:

• Used items

• Items not in original condition or missing parts

• Custom orders or clearance items (unless faulty)

How to Return:

1. Email us within 14 days of delivery.

2. Include your order number and reason for return.

3. We will provide return instructions and address.

4. Once received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund (minus shipping) or exchange.

Return Shipping:

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or an incorrect product was sent.

• For large or bulky items, please contact us for freight return options.

Refunds

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect your returned item. We will notify you by email once your refund is processed.
