Refund policy

Change of Mind Returns
If you’ve changed your mind about your purchase (e.g., ordered the wrong size or colour), you can return it within 60 days of receipt.

• All returns must be approved before being sent back, and you’ll receive detailed return instructions.

• Customers are responsible for return postage costs.

• Returns must be sent by post; we do not accept in-person drop-offs at our warehouse.
