All orders are processed within 1-2 business days from the order date. If you place your order over the weekend or public holiday, it will be sent out the following business days.

Parcels are shipped by local carriers, depending on the destination country. The estimated delivery times are as follows:
US Standard: 4 to 6 business days

Change of Mind Returns:
Return Period: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item if you change your mind or need to exchange it for another size.
Customer Responsibility:
If returns coverage was purchased at time of checkout the cost of return postage is covered. Otherwise, the cost of return postage for change-of-mind or size selection errors is the responsibility of the customer.
Please ensure the item is returned in original packaging, undamaged, and in re-saleable condition.
Please provide your tracking number for any returns so we can attach it to your order and process it promptly.
Depending on your location, delivery times for exchanged items may vary.
Warranty Period: All products come with a 12-month warranty. If your item is found to be faulty within this period, we will provide a replacement free of charge. The warranty covers manufacturing defects and faults. Regular wear and tear is not considered a product fault. Should an issue arise with your order, please contact us via your Woolworths MarketPlus Account to raise a warranty claim.
