We ensure that all our items are brand new and in excellent condition before shipping. If you receive an item that does not conform to those standards, please contact our Customer Service Team.
Returns Policy
Before you return the products, please check the following requests carefully:
1. Please contact our Customer Service Team and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from us before returning the item. Without the RMA number, there is a risk that your returned item may not be identifiable and not acceptable.
2. Please send us 1-5 clear photos if there is any damage or quality issue with the item you receive.
3. If you simply change your mind and wish to cancel the order, please contact us before dispatch (1 business day).
4. If you want to cancel the order or return the item after dispatch without any quality issue, please note that the original postage is not refundable, and the buyer is responsible for the return postage cost, and a 10% re-stocking fee may apply. Return or exchange requests are ONLY acceptable for unused items and within 7 days of receipt.
5. If you are not satisfied with any product that you have purchased, please feel free to contact us. We will try our best to solve the problems for you.
6. Items should be returned in their original product packaging and all accessories in the original shipment must be included if you want to return the item.

This is a neat Bathroom Storage Cabinet. Given a small bathroom and limited space, this sweet cupboard was just the answer to provide a bit of extra storage space for small bottles, brushes, sponges and cloths. It fits discreetly and neatly under the sink while still being in easy reach. I liked this storage cabinet so much that I bought a second one for the other side of the sink. The overall result is a balanced, twin view. With the second cabinet, there is that little bit of extra storage space as well. The cupboard has a pleasing finish and the vertical pattern on the door helps especially to provide this look. The rounded edges on the base of the unit also shows attention to detail. It is a quality product. There is also a small, round magnet that secures the closure of the door. The product is value for money and assemblies easily.

Very happy with my cupboards. I ordered 2, and they both arrived quickly. Put the first one together, very easy, happy days. The 2nd had a piece missing and 2 of another piece, but after contacting, got a replacement and again easy done. Thanks very much. I’m happy
