Warranty Claims & Returns
Most of our products are supported by a 12 month warranty. This warranty covers all manufacturer faults with the product. We suggest that you check the Manufacturer's/Publisher's website for support and/or patches & updates, to try and resolve your problem before submitting a warranty claim.

We offer full refunds (minus original shipping costs) on unopened goods when returned within 30 days of being received.
