Change of Mind
We allow change of mind returns if your product is in ‘new’ condition. It must be unopened, undamaged, and unused and returned to us within 30 days of the product being delivered to you. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the item. Once the item has been received and assessed by our warehouse, we will proceed to refund the amount of the product, less the cost of returning the item.
Exclusions to our change of mind policy
We do not allow change of mind returns on all products. Excluded products include:
Products which are on promotion (indicated by a ‘Sale’ or ‘Limited Time Deal’ badge) are also ineligible for change of mind returns.
We may also refuse change of mind returns at our discretion where your request does not meet our Fair Use standards. These include where:
Damaged or faulty items
If your product is damaged, faulty, not as described or has other issues, please contact us and we will assist you in resolving your issues. Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Such an incredible appliance! I wish I purchased one of these before! It is a game changer. I have scheduled it to vacuum at set times each day. And now it has been basically ‘set and forget’. I haven’t had to manually vacuum since making this purchase. It is worth the investment and considering the price range, I am so happy with this purchase!

Well have waited over a month for this thanks to australia post leaving at my front door while nobody home so have had to wait for a replacement to turn up. Oliven from my deal support was absolutely fantastic yhrougout the whole ordeal. Now its here I absolutely love it. Perfect to keep house touched up for week. Mopping alright only use to keep on top of things. If floor real dirty I'll just good ole manual Mop. Very happy with I'd purchased sooner
