For change of mind returns, please contact our customer service for instructions. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your item, we will exchange your product or refund the purchase price less any shipping fees. (Cancelling your order when it is in transit counts as a return.)
You may return your purchase within 30 days of the ship date. All items must be returned in exact condition including in the original packaging. You are responsible for return shipping costs.

I have now ordered 5 sets of these pillows, which gets all of my immediate family covered. Those that have already recieved them, love them., They rave about the quality, but mostly the comfort, I am just waiting for the last 2 sets to arrive so that the entire family is happy.

So comfortable. I have neck and back pain all the time but since I got these pillows I haven't had the pain. They are the right height and firmness. Amazing - highly recommend.
