Returns Policy

For change of mind returns, please contact our customer service for instructions. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your item, we will exchange your product or refund the purchase price less any shipping fees. (Cancelling your order when it is in transit counts as a return.)

You may return your purchase within 30 days of the ship date. All items must be returned in exact condition including in the original packaging. You are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Excellent product! I have a bulldog, bullterrier, bullmastif × staffy and she's around 70cm tall at the shoulder and the medium size is perfect for her. She absolutely loves eating and drinking from her new bowls and the ants can't get to her food anymore. Easy to put together it arrived flat packed with everything needed to build it and even had a spare foot , bolt and plastic tubing. The feet are adjustable for uneven surfaces as well. My doggo and I are extremely happy with this item. It looks so much neater then bowls on the floor as well!

  • 2nd one we've purchased for new dog. Keeps food off the ground and is high enough for our 2 big dogs so they aren't bending too far to eat. MyDeal far cheaper than going through supplier direct, so thank you.
