1. Change of Mind
1.1 We understand online shopping can be challenging when you are unable to physically feel or see the item prior to purchase. If you are unhappy, you may return your item to us within 30 days of purchase if the item is unopened, unused, and all original tags and labels are still clearly attached.
1.1.1 Items must be returned in their original packaging, along with all included accessories.
1.1.2 Items must be returned in new condition, suitable for resale.
1.1.3 Items must be returned to our warehouse undamaged. We are unable to accept items damaged in transit.
1.1.4 Requests for return must be made via your MyDeal account.
1.1.5 Any associated return costs must be covered by you.
1.1.6 Items will remain the responsibility of the purchaser during transit until items are received.
1.1.7 We reserve the right to make changes to this change of mind policy without notice.
1.1.8 Items come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.

2. Repair, Replacement, or Refund
2.1 You have the right to a repair, replacement, or refund of your item within 30 days from purchase if your item is faulty, unsafe, does not work or is otherwise defective. You have the right to a repair, compensation, or refund, if our product or service you have received is found to be defective or broken.
3. Repairs
3.1 If the problem with a product or service is minor, we may offer a free repair instead of a replacement, or refund within 30 days from purchase.
3.2 The repair of your item capable of retaining user-generated data, for example, mobile phones, computers, portable music players and other similar electronic items, may result in the loss of any user-generated data. Please ensure that you have made a copy of any data saved on your goods.
3.3 Items presented for repair may be replaced by refurbished goods of the same type rather than being repaired. Refurbished parts may be used to repair the goods.
4. Replacements and Refunds
4.1 If the problem with a product or service is major, you are entitled to a replacement or a refund within 30 days from purchase.
4.2 Replacement items will be of an identical type to the item originally supplied unless the item is no longer available.
4.3 Refunds will be returned in the same form as your original payment and the same amount you paid at time of purchase.
5. What is a Major Problem?
5.1 A product or good has a major problem when:
5.1.1 it has a problem that would have stopped someone from buying it if they had known about it
5.1.2 it has multiple minor problems that, when taken as a whole, would have stopped someone from buying it if they had known about these problems.
5.1.3 it is significantly different from the sample or description
5.1.4 it cannot be used for its common purpose and cannot easily be fixed within a reasonable time
5.1.5 it does not do what it was stated for at time of purchase, and it cannot easily be fixed within a reasonable time; or
it is unsafe.
5.2 A service has a major problem when:
5.2.1 it has a problem that would have stopped someone from buying it if they had known about it
5.2.2 it has multiple minor problems that, when taken as a whole, would have stopped someone from buying it if they had known about them
5.2.3 it is substantially unfit for its common purpose and cannot easily be fixed within a reasonable time
5.2.4 it does not meet the specific purpose it stated to provide and cannot easily be fixed within a reasonable time
5.2.5 it is unsafe or creates an unsafe situation.
6. Returning the Product
6.1 You are entitled to return your item within 30 days from purchase if you believe there is a problem. You are generally responsible for returning the product if it can be posted easily or returned. You are entitled to recover reasonable postage and transportation costs if the product is returned, and we confirm that we agree there is a problem and your claim to return is approved.
6.2 To make any claims for reasonable postage or transportation costs, receipts must be provided to assess your claim.
6.3 Only in the case where an item is too large, too heavy, or too difficult to remove, is Trinkio obliged to assist in the return of an item. If found to be faulty, Trinkio may be responsible for covering shipping costs upfront or collecting the product. Trinkio will aim to do this within 14 days of being notified of the problem.
6.3.1 Examples of large items include:
6.4 To return your item, a claim must be created from your marketplace account within 30 days from purchase. We will then assess the item and decide if it fits the criteria for a return. For return claims that do not fall under our change of mind policy in section 1.1 and 1.2, a return label will be provided.
