For change of mind returns, please contact our customer service for instructions. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your item, we will exchange your product or refund the purchase price less any shipping fees. (Cancelling your order when it is in transit counts as a return.)
You may return your purchase within 30 days of the ship date. All items must be returned in exact condition including in the original packaging. You are responsible for return shipping costs.

So far I have been very impressed with this shade sail. Shortly after it was installed we suffered storm winds and the sail coped adequately. Great value for the money.

Awesome just what i expected but bigger lol! Great quality, the rings make it easy to set up, I did it myself with some ripe and a ladder. It came really quickly too. Well quickly for Katherine. Dogs love their new shade. It’s bloody hot here so this is a cracker deal!
