As the holiday season is upon us, we want to update you on our shipping processes to ensure a smooth delivery experience. Throughout the Christmas and New Year period, we will continue to dispatch orders as usual, except for the non-operational hours of our partnered shipping companies.
Please note that tracking information may not display as active during times when our shipping partners are not in operation. It's important to acknowledge that the operating hours of shipping companies may vary, potentially resulting in longer transit times than usual.
Orders containing overweight or oversized gym equipment, such as gym stations or barbell bars, may experience extended delivery times.
Due to the nature of the order content, particularly with multi-carton shipments, couriers may not deliver all items at once. Packages may be separated during transit and transported on different trucks.
To minimize any further delay, our courier will deliver the available parcels first. Typically, the remaining parcels are expected to arrive within 2 to 10 business days, considering the current logistics situation.

Please Note:Most of our products are supported by a 12 month parts warranty. This warranty covers all manufacturer faults with the product. We replace all the faulty parts supported by your image approval of this faulty.
