This fishbone fitness foam muscle roller is made from high density EVA foam with a textured dotted surface which is soft to the touch for added comfort. It is a perfect tool for yoga, pilates, fitness exercises, physiotherapy, and rehabilitation. The specially designed raised grid pattern bumps are firm but flexible, much like the thumbs of a massage therapist.

This massage tool also can provide deep tissue massage for feet, legs, back, gluteus, neck, back and shoulders. It is very effective in relieving muscle soreness, helping recovery, reducing stiffness and pain before and after exercise, slimming legs.

To start a return, you can contact us . If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds
