The large soft roller brush is easy to clean and does not get hair wrapped around it due to its large diameter.
The Fluffy Floor head will pick up very fine dust particles and will not "flick" or push large pieces thanks to its high clearance; it just gobbles up any dirt size.
Why fluffy is better than average?
When cleaning with a standard floor tool, you can still leave fine dust on the surface because suction alone is not enough to lift the dust stuck to the floor. With a Dyson V6 fluffy head, the suction is accompanied by wiping using the microfibre roller brush, making it a much more effective way of vacuuming hard floors. WARRANTY RETURNS
If an item is deemed faulty by the manufacturer your item will either be replaced or repaired. Any postage costs incurred will be covered by us.

Tools, accessories and consumables including dust bags and filters, floor tools, extension cords unless defective in manufacture, are not subject to warranty.
In order to prolong the life of accessories and consumables, regular care and maintenance is recommended.
All items are thoroughly inspected before being sent out to customers to ensure a high level of quality in all products you purchase from us.
In accordance with the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission, if the product has a minor fault, we are required to repair the fault and send it back to you. If we believe the fault cannot be repaired, you will be sent a replacement product that matches your original purchase. If we are unable to repair or replace your faulty item, you will be refunded the total of your purchase amount.
We endeavor to rectify the matter within a reasonable timeframe.
