very poorly packaged -- in fact cardboard carton was barely held together by tape. A genuine part so should work ok.

Received my mop head but would not fit our vacuum unfortunately I didn’t read the instructions correctly being over 80 years I am a bit numb I asked if I could have a refund and the person I spoke to was very helpful and very nice today I returned the mop head and waiting for refund thank you so very much
