All items are dispatched from our warehouse in Melbourne, Australia.
We currently dispatch only to addresses within Australia. we work with different courier partners, the type of courier used is dependent upon size and weight of each item and the delivery location. Under normal conditions, delivery will take between 3 and 8 working days after dispatch, depending on your location.
Remote areas will required longer delivery time.
If you are given a tracking number, please use it to track the delivery status of your order. Some products may be dispatched in more than one carton.
We aim to dispatch all products within one working day after your full payment is made.
Additional postage fees may apply for re-delivery or re-direction requests.
Buyers must agree with the above postage and handling terms before purchase.
We accept free returns due to product quality issues. You can return a product for up to 30 days from the date you purchased it.
Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging.

Please contact our customer service team immediately if:
• You changed your mind and wish to request a return
• Your product was damaged during transit
• You are not satisfied with any product that you have purchased.
We accept a 14 day COM (change of mind) policy when you change their mind, but you need to pay for return costs and the item must is in brand new resell-able condition. Applicable freight fees will be deducted from your refund in cases where you changed your mind about your purchase and wish to return the product. This also applies to orders canceled while in transit.
All returns must be directed through Customer Service. Please do not return or post items before obtaining instructions from us. If you do, there is a risk that your returned item may not be identifiable and accepted.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

This portable laptop bed table / tray is so perfect! I needed it for my laptop as resting it on my legs was annoying - and this table is incredibly comfy! The legs are curved at the bottom, so as Im typing in bed it isn't one of those squared things that dig into the bed - it actually comfortably moves forward (or back) slightly if I need it to depending on the angle I'm sitting on which is perfect! The other plus is the curve at the front - as I'm typing, the tray is sometimes against my belly and there is plenty of room for my curvaceous tummy LOL! Ohhh and the cup holder - I didn't think my big Oppo mobile would fit but it does! it slots into the handy notches in the edges of the cup holder perfectly. Postage from Joyreap Online was awesome and fast (to regional Vic), thank you! TBH, I ordered another type of wooden bed laptop tray from another seller at the same time (on MyDeal) and I just found out the other seller used Fastway /Aramex GRRR so I may not ever see that tray from the other seller. Oh well, I'm glad I ordered this one too from Joyreap Online & am lucky they used Australia Post. Very happy customer. Thanks guys!!!
