Returns Policy
For change of mind returns, please contact our customer service for instructions. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your item, we will exchange your product or refund the purchase price less any shipping fees. (Cancelling your order when it is in transit counts as a return.)
You may return your purchase within 30 days of the ship date. All items must be returned in exact condition including in the original packaging. You are responsible for return shipping costs.

this is so much more useful than the standard trolleys we see everywhere. Having it so easily collapsible to carry like a briefcase is so convenient too.

It is an excellent product for a disabled person like myself. Some times the lift is out of order then the three wheels help a lot. Reasonable price and it came on time. Would love doing business with this seller. Thank you.

I haven't had to use it yet but I think it will be perfect for what I need. It was easy to attach the lid that was the only think that had to be attached. The rest was pull out and the box was formed on the wheels with the handle so easy.
