(“EB Games” or “we”) has your product(s) in stock, we will email you a shipping notice confirming that the items have shipped and are en-route to you; that notice is our acceptance of your order. Where an item is damaged through misuse or abnormal use, EB Games cannot provide a refund, exchange or repair, whether the fault is identified by EB Games, the manufacturer or their service agent. EB Games will require satisfactory proof of purchase before providing a remedy under the Australian Consumer Law.
