Returns Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We accept returns for Change of Mind (COM) on our products, provided the below conditions are followed:
1. COM is applicable for products shipped with Australia Post only
2. We must be informed about COM within 14 days of receiving the goods
3. The product must be sealed, unused and in its original packaging
4. For COM, a 15% re-stocking and applicable freight fees will be charged
5. Please contact our customer service team if you wish to return the goods

Cheapest price online and quality was better than expected. It's very sturdy and my cats like it. One of my cats is borderline too big for the hammock lounge sorta sections and I probably wouldn't recommend for a heavy cat with longterm use. The top bed is very roomy and comfy and that's where they like to sleep. My chihuahua also approves as she sleeps in the bottom part 😂 overall I definitely recommend

It would have been easier to put together if the parts had been numbered. Got it with a bit of changing things around.
