Drain your deep-fried goodies right on your pot’s lid. Use the inbuilt draining rack to save oil. All the drained oil drips right back into the pot ready to be reused.
Pour the used oil into a container when you are done. The handy lip on the lid will help with that. Store it up for the next time you are cooking a delicious family meal.
Just wash it in the sink. Very easy. Hot and soapy water is your friend with your new best deep fryer. Should be easy as you aren’t burning things but only deep-frying them. Just wipe the rmometer.

Just one thing I want to say is to get the large one. It's more practical and works well for me. Very happy will my purchase. I also like the temperature gauge which is very useful.

I haven’t used this item yet, but I’m looking forward to doing so soon. It’s a very nice looking piece of cookware, not too big to store and I really like the built-in draining facility.

It is exactly what I have been looking for. Stainless steel, complete with thermometer, has a self drainer. Perfect size for 1_2 people. Great addition to my kitchen.
